Welcome to AK Smartphone. By purchasing from our store or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Product Information
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images. However, minor differences in color, accessories, or software versions may occur depending on the imported stock.
2. Product Condition
All devices are fully tested before sale. Customers are encouraged to inspect and test the device personally before purchasing.
3. Prices
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices may change without prior notice depending on market conditions and stock availability.
4. Payment
Payment must be completed before delivery or upon collection from our shop. We accept Cash, Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash.
5. Delivery Policy
Currently, AK Smartphone provides delivery within Karachi only. Customers from outside Karachi are welcome to visit our shop for purchase and product inspection.
6. Warranty
Every eligible device includes a 5 Days Checking Warranty as mentioned in our Warranty Policy.
Camera, LCD/LED Display, and Touch Screen are NOT covered under warranty. Customers must inspect these components carefully before completing their purchase.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns or refunds are only accepted according to our Warranty & Return Policy. The device must be returned in its original condition along with the purchase receipt.
8. Product Availability
Stock availability changes regularly. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if a product becomes unavailable.
9. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for checking the device, specifications, storage capacity, PTA status, and physical condition before completing the purchase.
